I’ve been on the fence with Sewa for a while but this battle really showcased how deep his bag of tricks are, how consistent he is at doing them and how well he executed them. So far this season he’s been challenged on defense against super consistent skateboarders and he’s held it down. I think this battle might be his finest so far. He landed everything and so well. It looks like he’s the best.

No, this is the most frustrating season of BATB ever. I was looking forward to the original matchup so bad. Chris Joslin shouldn’t have been brought back and Sewa should’ve been automatically advanced to the next round. Haven’t watched the game yet but if Chris wins, the whole of BATB 12 will lose its entire authenticity and I’ll lose complete interest in this season. So, so evident that they want this whole thing done with as soon as possible. At this point, so am I. EDIT: Just finished watching the game. Okay, so Sewa won. The match was pretty good too. Still wish we got the original match up that was intended though. Maybe that can be organised as Unsanctioned Events when everyone that’s had to drop out can come back? That would be cool.
