Berry is a great base. Shoalhaven heads beach, wineries!! And dont miss the donut van. Yes it worth the wait. Checkout kangaroo valley and take the first 20km with care. Narrow slow and windy.

We loved the donut van, the Nutella donut was soooo good. We would recommend Berry as a base as well. There is so much to see around that area and it was not very far to drive to the coast from there.

We go there every 2 weeks for 3 nights,actually spotted our van on your drone shot,we always book on the oval side on the drive through sites.We love the place and caretaker is so helpful and friendly too.
