nice work! We fish Windamere for yellas at least 3-4 times a year...matt black jackalls always doing the damage for me. There in September and fishing the comp in october! Might c ya there...2 young blokes in a yellow and white quintrex explorer, give us a wave if ur about.

I'll be actively chasing murray cod in Windamere this spring...I hope to catch one like this! Looks like you hooked him in the shallows! You can be assured any cod you catch in Windamere will be a big sucker!

yeah it was in very shallow water very unsuspected to get him there. i'm sure you will enjoy it we were chasing big yellowbelly but won't complain with this big fella. hope you get a few cod and if not the yellas should put on a show we got 99yellas to the boat in 3 and a half days

He went 86cm and we are guessing around 30lb was a very solid fish for his length
