It's the only pistol I've ever owned, and I'm 73. I've had it for about 8 months and have fired it at the range about 7 times. I like everything about it, and any shortcomings come from the operator (me). I only occasionally carry it out and I use a cross draw holster which I find reasonably easy to conceal under a shirt worn outside the pants. $230 new.

Bersa thunder 380 was my first handgun purchase while i was just out of college 20 years ago. The magazine disconnect is easy to remove. Its under the grips just punch the pin and remove the bar...its that easy. Never had 1 malfunction with the 5 bersa mags with factory ammo and it has been shot alot (probably 2k rounds or more). I agree with the sights and vision nowadays with my "getting old" eyes, and they do need to be adjusted. Guess i got a good one!

This is the gun that i used in self-defense. I don't talk about it, but the judge ruled my actions as self-defense. Me, my wife and daughter all have one. Mine is the concealed carry model. Good review, brother. 👍

I have one as my EDC. Fits my hand well, points nice, fairly accurate and has an excellent trigger. Only thing is my mag release button is stiff. Great little gun

I think the stiff mag release is fairly common with it. Mine is a bit that way and I put a drop of oil around it every time I clean it.

The Bersa Thunder 380 is my edc. Accurate, reliable, and conceals comfortably well. Paired with underwood extreme defender ammunition it's a perfect defensive carry option.

The magazine disconnect is pretty easily removed. Mine has been pretty solid so far.

I am in possession of of an older pre lock Bersa. Though I agree that it is not 4me, however it isn't for the same reasons. I once owned a browning black label. For what I do 380 isn't for me. Travel the miles I have, more is better. Mountain man

Not related but, third time at Wallmart and finally had the $10 knife with the D2 steel. Got to say, its a pretty good knife. Great to carry and beat on . Does the same thing as the expensive knives do.

How does the bark stay on that siding I wander? Anything I’ve cut like that it dries and peels off. I’ve had 3 bersas 2 .380 a cc and full size cool the big mags fit in the cc. And a .45 ultra compact was a fat short double stack very good pistol but mags were expensive like 95$ for a 7-8 rd mag! .380 mags are cheap and plentiful

Because it’s not got a delay system it’s a fixed barrel. Unlike a full size that has a linked pivoting barrel . But fixed it very accurate reliable and cheaper to produce. They last forever

@@Kodeeni it’s bigger than a pocket gun. You should be able to hit out to 20 yards with no problems. I just can’t 🤣. I have other friends that can hit at 25 yards with this.

@@HarshmanHills some guns just don’t work for me. This and the Kimber micro 9 are the ones I just can’t shoot good.
