there is a lot of these kinds of characters. Guts and Beast of Darkness, Bruce Banner and Hulk, Eddie and Venom, Eren and Attack Titan ect. Anger issues are both scary but empowering. The fact that you'll never be trown around because there is a monster to wreck everything posing a threat to you. As long as you get beaten to a pulp, your limbic system will stand up and fight for you, even if you're missing limbs, even if you are losing blood, your instincts will carry you forward. The scary part is, you can't control it, your consciousness is not active when you go berserk. You need to learn and aim it at the threat, and not to those you want to protect.

This song fits so perfectly: "I keep it caged but i cant control it" Guts trying to control the rage of the beast of darkness "So stay away from me, the beast is ugly" How guts tries to keep his friends safe when he uses the armour "I feel the rage and i just cant hold it" The overflowing rage and emotion guts feels when the armour awakens "It comes awake and i cant control it Guts cant control himself when using it "Hiding under the bed, in my body in my head" The beast of darkness is a manifestation of guts' anger "I feel it deep within, its just beneath the skin" Hes always being bothered by the beast of darkness "I hate what ive become, the darkness just begun" Guts doesnt exactly like using the armour "I feel like a monster" Guts, as youd think, becomes a merciless monster "Cause if i let him out, he'll tear me up, bring me down When he uses the armour, it takes a huge toll on him physcially and mentally, literally ripping him apart "Its hiding in the dark, its teeth are razor sharp" Its hiding within the darkness of his conscious, a sharp toothed monster "Theres no escape for me it wants my soul it wants my heart" The beast of darkness wants to take over guts, and he literally CANNOT get rid of it Ill wait for a character with a better corelation to this song
