I picked Berserk up at low point in my life and it helped me to push through it. Not just because of "big man angry". But because of the characters. A load of broken people still going forward and moving onwards. Learning to cherish each other and the company. I cannot describe how much the journey with Guts and the crew helped and means to me. But thankyou. Miura. And everyone that keeps contributing to this epic.

I'm also going through a lot, with my emotions, and Berserk sticks to me so well because I feel like I somehow relate to Guts in some aspect (don't get me wrong, not in any "strong dude big sword destroying people" way), in the way where I'll have sudden outburts of anger, and I need to learn how to control it. Этот этап жизни, я не знаю кем хочу быть, ссорюсь с близкими людьми, работаю на изнуряющей работе, моя девушка сказала что больше не испытывает ко мне никаких чувств, а от нашего друга я узнаю что ей понравился другой парень. Я знаю что в будущем в моей жизни будут этапы в разы хуже, но всё же… я решил что самое время. Dam it sucks that the original upload got taken down for some reason, countless heartfelt comments from fans everywhere regarding the tragic passing of Kentaro Miura & how much Berserk means to them. Its always sad to see such genius taken before their time & such a legendary epic story having to continue on without its brilliant creator, similar to what happened with Robert Jordan's The Wheel of Time. I just hope that Berserk's new creative team can do justice to Miura-San's vision same as Brandon Sanderson did justice to Mr Jordan's vision. Thank You for gifting us all such a larger than life unforgettable saga Mr Miura. Your legacy will always live on. RIP Kentaro Miura🙏

I am sure the continuation is going to be great. It is not just a money grab, like some people say. Who else but Miura's best friend, Kouji Mori, could see this story through to the end? I just hope nothing happens to Kouji before this story ends, it would be devastating to not have it finished after all. Miura told him everything, shared the ending, and the whole path to it. Doing it for his best friend, I am sure Mori will make Berserk justice.

The 1997 berserk anime is superior to the current films, all of this is due to the fact that the anime was produced with traditional animation, different from the current ones that were made on the computer and consequently being worse than the traditional one, there is also the fact that the tracks old soundtracks are much better than the current ones, in addition to being chosen with a lot of love and care, to perfectly match what berserk is and be a reflection of its history, the 1997 anime is simply perfect in every detail, only failing in the cuts of scenes from the manga, plot holes and the many static scenes (which would be easily resolved with a bigger budget production), if they make a sequel and it's not like the 97 one, fully adapting the manga and improving in some aspects I wouldn't even I watch.

I heard about berserk when I was in Freshmen year of Highschool. I didn't really think much of it at first. Then a lot of people told me to give it a try, I didn't really listen than one of me good friends who watches some good animes (from 90's) told me to watch this. So It was Senior year I started watching it. Stopped like at episode 4. Than said screw it started from the beggining towards my graduation. Holy Crap.... Why didn't I listen to anyone and watch this before.... THIS IS THE BEST ANIME IVE EVER WATCHED. After I finished the Anime I didn't waste any time to read the Manga and Holy Crap the Manga is AMAZING!! This by far is the best Anime/Manga ive ever seen/read. Thank You Mr. Miura, You Made a Masterpiece.
