Griffith sacrificed the Hawks because he realized his dream (of becoming king) was above everyone else, and it was far too late to atone for the blood he had already shed. Therefore he let go of everything. He realized when Guts left the team, that he was weak and dependent on his support. So he sacrificed those feelings to become stronger.

This game is not only = to joygasum but everything else in the aspect. this part was literally breathtaking the first time I saw it; if anything its a pity the quality isn't 100% still, awsome!

the grifith we now see in the manga is cascas and grifiths child that the egg of the new world gave life to. and That grifiht seak also to rule the world, witch meens there is one Demon Grifith and one god Grifith

You can order Berserk for PS2 online, but you'll also have to buy a Japanese PS2 (about $300). The OS is different for each system, you MIGHT be able to mod your PS2/3, but I doubt it.

What would make Griffith kill all his friends and band of the Hawk? Was it because he blames Gutts for all of his misfortune? Cause to me, in retrospect, Griffith was a big wimp when Gutts won and left.

Yeah, a little skewed in character presentation especially. Without the Griffith dream sequence, his motivations seem confusing. Not to mention, what's with Caska giving that little shriek and running away? In the manga and anime, after a brief freak out, she had to be dragged away by Judeau to keep her from fighting.

Actually, you're wrong. The average gamer now is between the ages of 18-30, the "young adult" demographic. A reasonable percent of gamers fall into this demographic, as they have both the money and time to spare to game. The idea that gamers are all children, and games should only be for children, is antiquated at best.

no reason...except that the largest consumer population for the game industry are kids from 10 - 18. Thats why they want to achieve a lower rating, more would buy it. And thats one of the reasons I stopped playing. All games are for kiddies... Except some custom made mods maybe...
