I really enjoyed this, it was super fun to experience Berserk again with you. I liked hearing your commentary and what you thought of the series as you were reading through it we also got a lot of cute imouto sound effects. I think Berserk has a lot of good messages that you can take away from it, mainly that there is always hope in darkness and to never give up. Thanks for doing this readalong! 💙💙

Poor imouto tummy hort *headpat* This whole readalong was such a fun experience Zen, I loved listening to all of your thoughts, reactions and sfx noises as I listened and read with you!! 💙Going to miss this series so much, I would love for us to have another readalong like this in the future!! So Griffith is straight up blessed by this world's god lol... and he brutally grapes Casca wtf!! Guts was supposedly destined to die in this eclipse but didn't out of poor rage and will power! Poor Guts now has this brand of sacrifice though lmao, he can't ever catch a break!! Seems like he wasn't totally able to change his fate of being a sacrifice... not yet at least! Oh god, Griffith/Femto corrupted Guts and Casca's child?? And Casca lost her memories too... Need Guts to change his fate and live happily with Casca and their child!! Really enjoyed reading through this arc!! A lot of heavy and dark themes in this series, but also a lot of hope, tenacity and resilience when faced against adversity! I will definitely have to find the time to continue on reading this series to see what happens next!! 12:04 Femto = Femboy... very fitting for Griffith! lol 12:20 Imouto knows so much about Dragon Ball, just ask her who her favorite Goku is! 20:49 !hic smol 33:44 Guts loves edging? what a journey and it's a bit bittersweet that it's over or now. hope you keep reading it on your own. BTW it wasn't clear but Caska was pregnant with guts child, but all the evil demon shit and Griffith corrupted it.
