This is so on the money. The uninterrupted air flow / blowing forward (lock and blow) concept resonates with me. When I'm playing in this fashion I am amazed at how much easier everything is. Stamp exercise 4b is my personal barometer for whether or not I'm playing properly. If there's minimal glitches from pedal c to high c then I know I'm on the right track.
