Most of the more severe illnesses happen to people by surprise, unexpectantly, impacting first in the brain, then in the corresponding organ which that part of the brain controls. The end of WWI had absolutely everything to do with the Flu and lung TB outbreak that occurred killing millions. In nature, the biological conflict linked with a territorial fear (just what it means-a fear in your territory, your home, your community, etc.) is a widening of the bronchia (tissue loss). Your body attempts to widen your bronchia in order to allow more air into your lungs to give you more strength and energy to fight to keep your territory safe. Stay with me.......The biological conflict linked with a death fright impacts the lungs. The lungs attempt to grow larger in order to allow more air in because breath equals life, as we all know. No breath equals death. While you are in the fear or death fright conflict, you notice no symptoms of “disease”, except you have cold hands, cold feet, you can’t sleep, you awaken at 3 AM every night, you have little appetite. During the WW1, millions of people were in fear of the bombing of their homes and cities where the war was most active. Fearing for their lives, their loved ones in the war, their ability to survive. The food in the stores was sparse due to shortages. This lasted for 4 long years! The longer the conflict, the worse the healing phase. Within 2 weeks of the German Chancellor announcing the end of WWI, these millions of people ALL went into the healing phase all at the same time. It is during the healing phase that you experience symptoms of illness! What is the healing phase of the bronchia widening? Severe bronchitis, pneumonia. The body attempts to refill this lost tissue and you experience inflammation, fever, coughing, body aches, fatigue, etc. What is the healing phase of the extra lung tissue that grew? Decomposing of the tissue by TB bacteria and fungi. The symptoms of this healing phase are: severe coughing up of blood and tissue, fever, inflammation, severe mucous, body aches, fatigue. During this decomposing of the extra tissue (tumor), the body expels a lot of protein, and without replenishment, severe protein loss can result in death. Antibiotics did not exist yet. If TB bacteria does not exist in a person or they have been vaccinated against TB (big mistake), then the tumor will simply encapsulate and become dormant and not harm you. Who died during the Spanish Flu? Mainly the poor who could not afford to buy meat and proper nourishment, and the people who were directly impacted by the bombings and destruction of their homes. Millions of people suffered fear and death frights during the fighting of WWI, and millions of people all went into healing at the end of it. Not everyone was affected because not everyone suffered the same way. It’s not a “flu”, it’s not something you “catch”. It’s biological, meaningful, and unavoidable. One hundred years later, a Fear Campaign begins, using the media to spread it......

He got sooooooo lucky that only got bruised. I'm a complete paraplegic since a horse riding accident. So I know all the things he went through. My injury was a clear cut through the spinal cord and I never had any recovery (with a cut cord you can't do anything at all, with bruising once the swelling goes down the nerves will recover slowly and you have to work your ass off in rehab. Doesn't guarantee anything though, no matter how hard you work, but it helps you to get the most out of the usage that you still have). Not many people know that a spinal cord injury doesn't only mean to not walk again. You can't feel when you have to use the toilet, you don't have any feeling below injury level. Good that Bert uses his podcast and Chase tells his story to bring more awareness to people. I can still use my hands, so there are lots of people who have it worse than me.

I had a friend in high-school who ended up being paralyzed from the neck down. It happened at a typical teenager, parents gone, kinda party. There was alcohol and Marijuana and harder stuff there. My friend was a great hi hop dancer, popular, the whole shibang. He's had a few drinks and I'm not sure what else but the music is blasting and he's dancing. He jumps up on a picnic table and goes to do a back flip off of it. He misses the landing and ends up landing on his head and snapping his neck. Full quadriplegic in an instant. It was a horror show. Ppl got help right away. Nobody touched him except the professionals. He was never able to gain function back. From then on he was constantly fighting illness like pneumonia. So heart breaking. He was confined to bed basically. I live in canada so he was given a small home with nurses along with free Healthcare. It changed his personality for the worse. I don't want to explain his downward spiral. Feels disrespectful. He lived for a couple years after the accident but ended up dieing from the pneumonia he kept catching. Just the saddest thing I have ever witnessed. I hope there is something after this life and I hope he is there and happy.

Had to get 12 staples the next day, never thinking it was that bad. Could of paralyzed myself that morning.

I fell down a flight of really steep stairs while living in the Rocky Mountains. Landed on my neck/shoulders, and it screwed me up for life. Had to sell off my business, and move back to my home state. All because I was wearing socks. Slid on the edge of the first step, and that was it. Takes a split second for an event to completely change the course of your entire life.

You haven't done anything? That's crazy if you actually see what a life that does absolutely nothing, then my friend, please take a peek at my life. I'm 46, and I sit in my room most of the day and watch videos. On the other days that I don't, I go out and get my nails done or lashes. That's my life. I wait for 20 days for my husband to come home from work. Then he comes home for 10. Those 10 days are my highlight 😊. So that's doing nothing with your life. His recovery is absolutely amazing, but neither he nor Bert address that it wouldn’t of happened if he had not been partying. Seems a missed opportunity to help a generation learn moderation. They seem to almost encourage partying as soon as he is healthy enough to again. With two kids in college and my own experiences my mind goes straight to preventing things like this.
