My piano is a mirror (Mijn piano is een spiegel)

When I was granted with the VPRO Boy Edgar award in 2007 I decided to create a documentary about my musical life. With the fantastic support, patience and devotion of Annelotte Verhaagen, the producer of all of this we could release this film at the Dutch film festival in 2009.
Challenge Records presented it together with a live cd "Reflections" in one nice album. Since the cd is on spotify the documentary has to be available on youtube. I am proud to present it right now on this platform. It still reflects a lot of what I did and what I am still doing and realising.

Although I cannot fully understand the language 😂, I am grateful for your upload of this documentary. Although I mainly work with “classical” music, Gino Vannelli was one of the “more modern” artists I would listen to on my drive to college. Amazing how all my favorite music connected. And, though it would take a miracle, it would be a pleasure to make some music together. If so, my contact can be found in my KZbin bio.

Maybe you can tray Auto translate. This way you can get a Google translation. I could switch to English this way (although I'm Dutch)
