For instance I've seen streamers such as yourself go for the drop and get dropped from baiting. It's a legit tactic. I get it's not what you do....but it doesn't mean it's not legit for others. You definitely are lucky aside from being a good player. If you weren't lucky you should have been dead by the guy who was at the haystack when you jumped from the motorcycle and hipfired him. This game as all other shooters rely on 50% skill 50% luck. No matter what you do in the end fate/luck is the deciding factor.

At base skill probably. The key is to learn ways to turn that 50/50 into 60/40. I agree that luck is involved and always will be to some degree. But the better you are at certain aspects of the game the more luck you replace with skill
