You're confusing LCS/LCK games with solo queue. In competitive games, they don't fight much, they calculate every move, focus on scaling and CS and there are no forced fights and dives under the tower from early levels (like in the Korean high MMR games), or at least rarely. That's why sometimes, you don't see a perfect CS score. For the painful clear of this Evelynn, he is taking into consideration her passive's healing, plus, this way, it'll take him less time clearing the camp than if he was kiting and waiting for cool-downs to stay healthier, after all, it's the Korean high elo, he has to gank a lot before someone goes afk lol. P.S. If you see them making those funny mistakes farming, it's because they are not looking at the camp, but somewhere else on the map, check the live streams, you'll know what I mean.
