Your vlog is amazing! While making besan laddu you stirred the mixture to perfection!! But if you don’t mind I’d like to give you a tip- add the sugar after turning off the stove when the besan mixture is only slightly warm, to make the best round laddoos

SABA... RECIPE----- 1 cup Ghee in 2 cups of Besan... 1 cup sugar powder which u ll add when ur besan cools down . if u add sugar in hot brsan ur besan ll b liquid as sugar ll melt in it.. first add ghee in utensil then add n bhuno besan in it for about half n hr till it turns light golden in cour n thick... then cool down n add sugar powder n make round shape...

I agree, @Saba Ibrahim everything was fine and superb vlog. Next time add sugar once besan cools down or gets at room temperature and no need to heat it again....because sugar dissolves and never gives the desired consistency. You can use boora as well.

Problem :your base is very liquidy, never add sugar powder immediately Solution: cool That besan mixture (without adding sugar) at least 1 hour it becomes hard them you add sugar powder.

You added lot of ghee a sugar was added when it was hot; so sugar melted and made the syrup. Do not add sugar when the besan is too hot.
