Besan Ladoo India
2 Cups Besan / Gram Flour
1 Cup Ghee / Clarified Butter
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
Dry Fruits Powder of Your Choice (CashewNuts & Almonds)
Raisins For Garnish
***We use 1 Standard US Cup of 240ml is equal to =
200gms Granulated Sugar
225 grms Caster Sugar
100grms Powder Sugar
250grms Butter/ Ghee
140grms Flour
** We Use**
1tbsp = 15ml
1/2tbs =7.5ml
1tsp = 5ml
1/2tsp = 2.5ml
1/4tsp =1.25ml
