Excellent recipe Kabita! I've made this in the past but it didn't have fennel seeds. I will try with fennel. Have you made it using any other vegetable? BTW my tomato rice didn't stick to the bottom of my pressure cooker. My mistake was using highest heat. This time I used med-high heat.. no sticking!

Kabita's Kitchen I followed the same but not gone properly :( After adding Besan, capcicum and other mixture became dry n started getting burn so added lil water. Ultimately everything gone messed-up though look was not good but taste was excellent!! Give some hint to overcome this issue!!.
