Hey Besiege This! You could copy the T-34's track and wheels design instead of putting stuff on the side of the wheels to prevent the tracks from falling off!

With this scaling mod you could probobly make tanks that are fire proof, replace the wheels with steering blocks, replace the unpowered-wheels with swivel blocks and it would be a solid tank design!

Also I realize the padlock icon isn't making the most sense in the world right now, but I just been slightly too lazy to tweek that. The whole having blocks on top of blocks issue, I might try and look into a hotkey for fixing that so you don't get builds ruined by misclicks. Also there is a mirror option for stuff like duplicating one tank track and wanting it to be flipped. I guess it might be slightly weird when you're that far away from the normal building zone though. For the part where you had a brace issue, the hide tool is what was supposed to help with that, though I know that it has some issues right now with still blocking while hidden, that will be fixed next update.

+TheGuysYouDespise It's really not an issue with the padlock. Once you know which setting is which it works like a charm. I couldn't get mirror to work initially but I'v updated tp .40 now so I will give it another try. I would like to do a tutorial which focuses on BT & PBP2 working together as they are very powerful when used like that. I will try to include most if not all of the BT functions

Besiege This! Thepadlock is something I'll change so it when you have things unlocked it is unlocked, but with a new icon. I wouldn't bother, there is so many functionalities and dynamics between them. Mirror should have worked since 0.38 or so iirc. It mirrors along the axes, so mirror X would be if you had a mirror on the plane defined by Y and Z. I might make a mirror gizmo at some point though to visually show that, but I think it might be as confusing for some people. If it doesn't work let me know, and perhaps send me your output log.

And done, hopefully in the future you can be more careless with constant saving. I know a full undo/redo system between BT/PBP2 and Besiege would be nice, but that is just such a huge task.

Besiege This! Nah, I've been doing replicas of machines for quite a bit and it's all down to having a good frame and keeping up with proportions. Might want to print off some nice photos with multiple angles of what you make, better than Alt+Tabing all the time (like I do...)

you could mount the cannons on some sliders, and have a spinning block at the front of the sliders adjusted to constantly keep the cannons pointed in the right direction. this way, when it fires, the recoil won't transfer through the system onto the chassis because sliders have no reaction force to them.

+Brandon Pepa I just went and tried it and it didn't work out for me. The problem I ran into is that when I have it sort of working at slow firing speed it just make it worse at high speeds. Maybe there is an optimal setting to the flying block but I haven't found it. I've tried setting the flying block to ranges -15x to -20x.

Honestly, it might just be my computer, but the Unity 5 engine has done fuck all to help with FPS. My creations still lag to pieces if I approach ~300 parts, forcing me to lower the speed to at least 50% to get above 30fps again.

+Xenro66 I'm ok with unity 5 tbh. I don't mind going down to 50% for huge creations like 1500 etc but I try to keep my build a bit smaller now. Scaling is quite good in that you can cut down on number of blocks used.

I extracted the .rar archive in my Mods folder and it didn't work. The thing I need is more detailed instructions on how to instal, cause I can't seem to get it to work noo matter what i do :(

Zach Than what versions of modloader and Building Tools are you using? first up you should be using BT .v0.41. when you unpack it in mod folder take the contents of its *resources folder* and place them in the *resources folder that comes with spaar's mod loader*. If that is not there! you have *not installed modloader properly* . if it's good though just discard the *now empty* resources folder that came with TGYD's unpacked mod rar. tht should do it! let me know how you get on dude. I will help again if no good :) I take it you have the BT .dll file in place yeah?

I love your tutorials, but my potatoe computer can barely handle any creations over 300 blocks without slowing the game down :(. otherwise id be trying to make my own tanks, but mods bring my fps down just by itself.
