The nullifier destroying structures is a new feature added in the most recent update to the game, however it has to be enabled by the map creator for the "Destroy" button to appear in the Nullifier's interface. Only newer maps can have the option, and very few maps so far have had it enabled. I've personally seen only 1 map so far that has the option enabled.

I have to say, that "Dark Fortress" edit feels exactly like the sort of edit you'd see in an old 80s fantasy film. Excellent work as always, Josh! Really happy to have the Creeper World 4 videos still going.

Also wanna mention, in case you didn't realize/know. You can give ERN to miners, which makes them insanely strong in the early game ^^

Came here to say exactly this. Starting a game putting down a single miner with an ERN before placing any towers takes about 30 seconds to build but then gives 6 generation.

Loving the Creeper World with Tom :) I love putting the ERNs in units. Putting an ERN in a miner to start gives really good early generation, and an ERN in a Missile Tower gives it a massive range and four shots instead of two making it very stronk. Keep up the good work milord.

Man, I gotta say, if I was sent to colonise some alien world and I saw a structure like the Dark Fortress already built on the planet's surface then I'd start to seriously consider what other options I had in life.

Nullifiers can be "Overloaded", but only on maps created with the option selected in the map editor and requires at least version 1.3.6. When you're playing with the ability to overload Nullifiers active, you select a Nullifier and in the top left corner you get a big red button literally labelled "OVERLOAD". You can that, and the Nullifier will demand a further 999 points of energy to charge up and destroy the enemy along with itself. NOTE: If the nullifier is currently nullifying at least 2 enemies at the same time, it doesn't always destroy all within range, only opting to destroy one, which would mean you will need to build another nullifier to nutrilise the enemy again.

@@thegreatestdane8978 yeah. If you feel safe to overload a nullifier then do so as it both frees up the energy from constantly keeping it charged plus prevents the enemy from destroying it and freeing the emitter etc. Sad thing is that it doesn't leave a power circle behind

I started playing the demo of this today and I really enjoy it! After watching your videos I've decided to call the action of dumping 3+ gunners into the creep to clear the way for a tower or pylon, the Angory rush because holy moly. When it fails it hurts. but when it wins. HOH. so nice.

Regarding destroying Creeper Spawners of all kinds and shapes, 1.3 patchnotes: "Added (optional) ability for nullifiers to 'overload' and destroy enemy units." My understanding is, that this has to be enabeled in the map by the Author as it is a major change of the balance.

There is something that bothers me, the ac that is in the dark towers range is lighter than normal ac. Try using a sprayer on the breeder ac ground as you can make a sprayer create a tower of ac which may create it faster as more ac is on the breeder ground. :)

Please try the "start with just 1 miner with an ERN, no towers, no weapons" strat. Build that one miner, then use the energy generation from that to build 2-3 more miners with ERNs while also starting to build a single line of towers (not a grid) to the front line. After you have like 3-4 ERNed miners, you can start increasing the number of towers, weapons and miners you build concurrently significantly. In this map you can effortlessly nullify all the spore launchers before any of them have a chance of launching even once.

With people talking about how nullifiers destroy stuff I think they are talking about in creeper world 3 they did destroy them, as far as I know creeper world 4 you can't, note I played alot of number 3 but none of 4.

Hey so yeah, nullifiers will kill baddies now, but it only takes effect on some maps- all the new dailies work with it, and user created ones where either the map was made after the patch, or where the creator has gone back and tweaked it. A lot of the old maps don't support overloads which is sad although I did find one the other day, so maybe either peoiple are going back or some of the older ones are compatible. When I did this map I didn't have overload either :(
