Besigye urges Pallisa and Kibuku residents to demand accountable leadership

FDC Presidential Candidate Dr. Kizza Besigye continues his vote-hunt in eastern Uganda.
Besigye held rallies in Kibuku and Pallisa districts, where he urged the people to ensure that their leaders serve their interests instead of the leaders’ selfish interests. He also pledged to improve the welfare of teachers and farmers if voted president. Suhail Mugabi is on Besigye’s campaign trail.
