After watching your videos, I understood the real meaning behind each affirmation that I was repeating robotically. Nobody ever explains the reason/meaning behind all these techniques like you do. I have stopped beating myself up to follow all these techniques and started doing whatever feels right to me. I still meditate, but not because I want something but because it just makes me feel good and connected. I still affirm, but not as a part of any routine that I must follow, but to light up the new identity that I am. This feels so easy and natural. I know that 'I AM the process'.

Wonderful as always! I like that you mention the Mandela Effect. There's a channel called Quantum of Conscious that explores this stuff, it's not for everyone (lol) and I don't watch it too much anymore, but it did first turn me on to the idea that "reality" is not what it seems and we all experience the world through our filter, which is why everyone could (literally) have a different perception of the same event.
