人的背部不是完全平的（一般沒有留意，以為是平），兩邊肩甲骨是凸起的（有些人凸少些，有些人凸多些）如果沒有熨拔增加空間，穿起時會拉得緊緊不舒服，鬆身衫不用熨拔，但fit身衫就需要。
