Standard E tuning- capo on the fifth fret- the basic chord progression is Am, C, G and D . she varies the chords a little bit every time. for example, in the Am chord she doesn't hold down the 3rd finger in the usual position, but rather holds it down the same fret, higher e string, and for the c chord, sh e doesn't hold down the middle finger... kind of a rookie myself but I think this is what it is. I don't know the chord names .. I was trying to figure this out for months till I was literally experimenting randomly today and got reminded of this video and song, and turns out I was right ... kinda . I wish i could explain it technically better, but I hope this helped :D
