Normally I am skeptical with AYCE sushi because the quality is normally not as good but watch the video and see if that is true for this place or not. They have another location in Lafayette, Louisiana. Would highly recommend. Service is incredible and food is just so good. My personal favorite is the eel roll

Dont eat escolar, if you really go to a premium sushi joint... they have never serve escolar its under false pretense that what they are serving is noy really tuna... escolar is a butter fish and it contains plenty of mercury on it.... just skip it next time you see it on the menu...
