Belfast ... so your no stranger to war zones .. just watch the local miami news. One caveat thought it's easy to buy guns. That being said ... it is an awesome place.

These are areas where the homes are at least $600k or more or rent for a 1BR 1BA apartment is $2,500 a month and up. There are 'middle class' neighborhoods that are more affordable but still beautiful and safe. They include Hialeah, Virginia Gardens, Cutler Bay, The Redlands, North Miami, West Miami, Kendall, Homestead, Palm Springs, Miami Springs, and Highland Oaks. If you factor in cost you will get more bang for your buck in these communities and therefore they should be the top ten.

My old stomping grounds! I've lived in Coral Gables (Go Hurricanes!) and worked in Coral Gables, Doral and on Key Biscayne. And I produced many fun events in the Grove.

I currently live in San Diego, although I've lived in Miami for most of my life, from 1975 through 2014. Westchester is an unheralded community which has always been well maintained across the board, while not being overpriced as many of the high-end communities that you mentioned. Centrally located and not pretentious.

When I was an active duty Marine, I was stationed in Camp Pendleton, which is in San Diego County. I fell in love with the area, and I promised myself that someday I'd move out here. I visit South Florida every year to see family and friends, and I make it a point to get out into the Everglades, I love the 'Glades, I used to drive an airboat.🐊 Best wishes to you, and continued success in your endeavors. 😊✌
