You're right, LG UR7500 comes with both IPS and VA panels, but if you buy from Amazon, you are more likely to receive an IPS panel In my opinion, LG UR7500 is slightly better than ismart in terms of picture quality.

LG has magic motion remote and webOS updates , while Sony mostly uses VA panel which is good but not good viewing angles and not good brightness. LG mostly uses IPS panels which provide good viewing angles and brightness , which provides us natural colours. Which is better according to me, and LG products are longer lasting.. however my friend recently buy a OLED Sony tv which is good but panel is also from LG. And most importantly LG is budget friendly. However most of the people prefer Sony because they have good technology to make the picture look great, But as I said, you cannot enjoy natural colors with sony.

@@rajanshukla7053 Brightness and vibrancy is more on LG that I agree. Sony is more on smoother side. But To me I think the UPSCALING tech Sony has is Still the BEST IN THE MARKET. The way it can Super Upscale Really old videos to 4k level is amazing. That's what truly matters. Also Sony do use both VA and IPS Panels on different models. More expensive with lesser SIDE FEATURES then other brands like LG. But the UPSCALING alone is a strong case for Sony. They truly Nailed it in that department. May be that's why they don't care about other features which is actually Dissapointing from customer point of view. And according to my research both online and Offline personally, failure rate is more on LG (Not sure about latest 22-2023 models). I think LG is giving more value as a package while Sony is swimming ONLY ON PICTURE QUALITY AND UPSCALING TECH. I truly appreciate your opinion who has both models though. Thank you 🙏🏻. I will wait for Diwali sale to finally decide on one of those brands as m still undecided 😃
