That's really clever! The saw/hatchet combo removes the worry of which to carry.

I do like the slightly longer handle. This would be a good addition to a car emergency kit.

If personal endurance is a factor I wouldn't be cutting a lot of wood with that saw, given the weight of the hatchet (it's about 6x heavier than a Silky Pocketboy).

First of all, this is a gimmick hatchet aimed at folks that buy stuff because it's cool. Most hatchet/axe heads are wedged onto the wooden handle. Why would that be a problem for you? They last a very long time unless the they are faulty. Only multi-tools do well as multi-tools. Do your research. I'm very experienced in outdoor survival, through time you will learn what works. Stay safe out there!

Nice bit of kit,but there's already other models on the market, the tent peg/stake puller is already a feature on some hatchets as a nail puller or cord cutter, but the hatchet is good as you can change the saw blade 👍

Wooden handle axes fall apart? I have my grandfather's axe that is 3 times as old as I am and still has the well oiled handle.

When I follow the link it says that the regular price is $79.95 but my price is $50. However, when I go to check out it charges me the $79.95 + shipping + tax making it almost a hundred bucks. What happened to the discount price?

That's pretty neat!

If it's so easy to change the saw blade and this is a demonstration/commercial, then how come the blade did not get changed? Show us instead of just talk about ti.
