Since both are 50w both led lights will produce same amount of light but as bulb use translucent diffuser and have omnidirectional light output so light spread in all directions meanwhile flood lights have clear and transparent diffuser.. and more of focused lights in certain directions... Toh ek single point par light output jada hoga. So basically depends on what purpose of light you are using it for ..

It is not waterproof,once rain u will see the moisture inside glass... Better to buy one with ip66 rating
