With the single two exceptions being "Mighty Max / Highlander the animated series".. **ALL THE REST** absolutely Freaking ROCK **HARD!!** Those are some of the finest animated shows that I am truly happy to say, since I was born in the late 60's... grew up in the 70's and when the 80's + came rolling around, I could very MUCH appreciate these and so many others. The 80's and 90's had some of the most FABULOUSLY sensational toons compared to decades prior. And I'll BANK on that any day in the week!

That was essentially the point of 90s animation - that animation can be equally good and enjoyed by the adults and teenagers as it can sometimes be for kids (just like the 1940s)! The same can be said with comic books and video games. It would be very odd to see an adult newly enjoy Dora the Explorer, but if he wants to watch Rocko or Animaniacs, he's absolutely allowed!
