The moment between Phor and Ryan when Phor was severely depressed, their conversation, was the most sincere, the most touching and realist scene I've ever seen from any reality show that I've watched. It really touched and moved me. The way they all rallied around Phor shows that they are more than just friends. They are family. It was so beautiful to see.

Doesn’t mean I’m not a Christian or don’t pray or eat healthy. It just means I need the extra help and it doesn’t make anyone less than for taking it.

I literally cried watching the Phor and Ryan clip, depression is no joke. It like a parasite eating at your soul, making you feel less then on or nothing worth living. It don’t matter how many times you try to shake depression it always creeps back into your life. Please if anyone reads this and goes through depression go speak to someone , anyone who will listen. And always remember you are loved if nobody ever told you, I love you to the moon and back❤️❤️❤️

I can't even count how many times I did four months 6 months nine months 2 years. 1 an 1/2 to 3.
