Thank you very much for explaining the concepts in such a clear and concise manner. I am a trend follower and I trade exclusively in cash. Problem with trend following system is that I cant take trade when the market is in sideways or in bear phase so I was looking for options selling to grow my account. Just make a video how to handle straddle once narket is falling and vix increased.. 20 to 30%. Most of the you tubers always showing once market is going up with a calm vix.. Make a video and take the example of banknifty falling from 38500 to 36000
