Me and my cousin were in a similar situation couple of months ago and we ended up in buying in Himalayan BS6 gravel gray . We are happy with our decision . Himalayan seems to be a all rounder both in terms of budget and versatility .

Number Plate Bro So far my longest drive is about 70 kms approx in my bike .. my initial impressions are : RE Himalayan has a good amount of torque spread across low and mid rpm and this helps to overtake easily and in gear acceleration can be done with ease and I fell one candrive Himalayan all day long without breaking a sweat . I test drove BS4 and BS 6 Himalayan back to back 4 - 5 times and then only i came to an conclusion . BS6 has added 5 kgs extra which is noticeable during very low speeds and parking but the weight and negligible power reduction in BS6 is no were exist during the ride .. in fact the engine of BS6 feels refined and one can cruse btw 100 to 110 without any discomfort..

Hi bro, your selection is perfect for touring. As you initially said CC of abike is not prio3ity. Use what we have. I wanna share my experience. I was having bajaj discover the very first launched vehicle 2003. I took that bike for a ride from Coimbatore to Munnar along with my bro.in law in the year2008. It was an awesome experience. And several times we rode to Ooty in that same bike and still I have that bike. So only guts required. And as you mentioned vehicle driving comfort is the basic for selecting bike. Last year I bought RE interceptor for my rides. My passion is riding but due to work pressure I don't find time for touring. My hearty wishes for your upgradings. Have a safe motoring.
