Actually true, Symphony brand is just a rip off of your hard earned money, First of all the build quality is pathetic, it's made of very cheap plastic which is fragile and can easily break, then every 3-4months the water pump needs to be replaced. Finally the Symphony Customer service only one word to describe HORRIBLE. Just a visit a showroom for demo and make a fake call to Symphony Customer service, you'll understand what I'm talking about

Coolers are good for only 1 person, cooler ki hawa se saas nahi le paoge, it's humid air, so dusre din full body pain bhi ho sakta hai. Hawa thanda nahi ata. Blower wala cooler is total useless. Fan wala cooler bhi ek baar chal jayega... Still i will not advice anyone to buy cooler. Better buy low cost AC. Cooler ka bill bhi sala kuch kam nahi ata... Mere cooler ka bill ac jaisa hi ata tha... Ac me timer hota hai, 3-4 hr ka lagake automatic band ho jata hai, cooler ka bill dekho ek baar.... Kuch kam nahi ata
