In the mid seventies I killed squirrels and rabbits with a 25 dollar crosman 760 pump pellet rifle . .177 pellet will kill with a head shot. As a kid I could shoot a wasp floating across my dad's pond with that crosman 760.

Nothing wrong with a converted CO2 rifle if it's accurate. I have numerous PCP's but despite that I get most fun out of a AR2079 .177 converted to regulated air from CO2. I reworked the stock to suit my grip and tuned the action. It has an MTC Mamba Lite on top. Stick with what you've got, you aren't missing anything.

@@Biffo1262 A whole lot is wrong if you have to work on something constantly and changing something to work.who wants to go through all thatlol just save up and get a decent air rifle that actually works! Common sense! I saved up my money and got a Daystate, Air Arms, some Kral Arms. I don't have to spend 100's to make them work and they all get over 100 shots per fill and I use a cheap Chinese $50 dollar hand pump and pellets😂😂😂

Hatsan bullboss waaay too heavy, 10lbs! I like Hatsan and Kral puncher breaker synthetic stock.177 with 10.5gr pellets! Serious squirrel and rabbit slayer! Laser beam accurate! Barr none

Yes, the Bullboss is not for wimps. I can consistently hit a soda can from 100 yards with my Bullboss .25. It's a great gun and lots of fun but, you must be in shape to fully enjoy it.

@@akken2112 I've had 3 bullbosses and had to send them back! Straight junk! 100 yrds isn't on the map. I have Air Arms and Daystate and FX make that look silly! I do own a few good Hatsan tho, different models. Bullboss is one of the first pcp hatsan made,so if you buy one off the shelf today, Its been sitting on the shelf for 10 yrs! Be weary

@@eddiecahall3824 Air Arms, Daystate and FX are 3, 4, 5, and 6 times the price of a Bullboss! I bought mine 3 years ago for $399 and I haven't had any problems with it. You really can't compare an air rifle that costs $400 to one that costs $1,000 - $2,500. For me, the bottom line of any rifle, air rifle or powder burner is lead down range. If the Bullboss gets 1-inch groups at 100 yards and an FX gets 1/2-inch groups at 100 yards the only difference as far as lead down range, is 1/2 an inch. So, if you want to pay an extra $1,000 -$2,000 for half an inch, be my guest. I have better things to do with my money.

@@akken2112 .265 moa hell ya! All day long. But have never spend 2000 on an air rifle. I have more brains than slingin money around lol I look for year end dealz online to get the best for my money,which I have done so far with the latest air rifles and design. Of you even read my messages, you clearly saw I said I do own some Hatsan models. Just not the bull boss any more which is very old design in air riflez. Which will become very hard to get parts for any more. Bull boss is a 10 yr old design. Idk maybe you got 1 out of 1000 that works today. I said I got 3 of them having to return them all because they were defected 2 yrs ago now. I own some really nice Kral Arms air gunz that are in the 550 range and havnt had any problems with those as of yet. Going on 2 yrs now pesting and hunting them. I use some Hatsan's as well for my hobby. 350 dollar ones. But the Hatsan's don't put out high shot string like the Krals or air arms or FX. I use these because I need high shot counts on one fill for pesting. I might take down 80 to 100 byrdz in one sitting so. Hatsan isn't going to do that on one air fill! My Kral gets 86 shots on one air fill and my FX gets 150 shots on one air fill! There's you're differences right there per price point. I've been into air around 40 yrs sooo

If it does the job with one shot it's good enough. There is no such thing as 'best'. Any accurate .177 12ftlb rifle is good enough with a well placed shot. It's the shooter that makes the difference.

You have to understand that all of these Air Rifles are a spring loaded and the Cost are probably under $1,000 a good intermittent or novice air gunner. And will not break the bank type of an Air Rifle . But I have to digress lets look at the PCP Air Rifle and of it was me and I did by pass the springers and saved up for a PCP . For one with the Daystate Delta Wolf one reasons is I can switch out barrels like a 177, 20, 22, 25, and 30 different calibers in a mater of minutes also the same with the velocity something you can't do with a springers . Yes they are Costly but you get your money worth . Now I am not saying that the springers are not a good Air Rifle because I do not own one . But I do know what you can and can't do with the Daystate Delta Wolf and trust me there is a lot you can do with that Air Rifle .caliber
