I just received this exact model Wolf in blue burst from FedEx last week. It came perfectly setup to my liking plus it sounds & looks awesome without emptying my bank account. I bought the AIO tele and the 335 guitars a couple months ago. I sold my Fender tele shortly after I got the AIO. I have about 30 guitars that are virtually all high end models. These AIO guitars definitely hold their own. Serious bang for the buck!

I bought this Wolf-W400 in red burst. I also own a PRS SE24 in tigerwood. I can say, without hesitation, I prefer the Wolf W400. First, Wolf actually contacted me and asked me how I wanted it set up. It arrived with a perfect setup. Not so with the $1100 PRS. The Wolf sound and quality is amazing and in my humble opinion, the playability is better than the PRS. I also have the PRS copy by Harley Benton, the CST-24. It is also extremely nice (was about $115 cheaper than Wolf after shipping charge) but the Wolf still wins out. All three, the PRS-SE24, Wolf-W400 and HB CST-24 hang on the wall next to each other. All look good and the bodies look identical, as if they were made in the same factory (not saying they are). But the Wolf is my favorite in the looks, quality and playability departments with the HB-CST24 and the real PRS-SE24 tied for second place. In short, if you are into names, buy the $1100 PRS. If you want a great guitar at less than half the price, get the Wolf-W400. It is pretty and you won't be disappointed in the quality.

One thing I love about your reviews is that you run the guitars through an amp most of us can afford. Rather than using a setup made of unobtanium that costs as much as a luxury car. That, and your sense of humor is pretty good, too.

I got one of these except the hollow body from AIO. It was a "B" stock, so even less expensive, I thought I would give it a try. Well it is amazing in the way it looks and plays. Smooth like butter, nice balance, set up perfectly, one of my favorites to play. I give it an A+. I liked it so much I ordered the LP in cherry red burst. After a long delay it showed up, but what a disappointment. The flame top wood is nice but the finish is so dark its hard to see the flames. The neck pickup was sticking up and out of place with the strings laying tight against it. after fixing that the action was too low and buzzing. I don't know what happened with their setup service, but it was a miss on this one. I think they received the guitar from Asia and just shipped it to me without even opening up the box. The setup issues were not hard to fix, but overall I am not a happy customer. So I give AIO a 50% - 50% rating. I am sure that whatever guitar they send Max is perfect but that may not be so true for you.

I have one of the original PRS style guitars in quilted green. Mine didn't come with a bone nut, so that was upgraded. I also upgraded the POTs to CTS from the unbranded dime size POTs it had, I also upgraded the tuners to locking tuners (which wasn't due to the Grovers being bad, it's just my preference) and I also upgraded the pickups to a more classic AlNiCo II humbucker set, I thought the Destiny Wound were to muddy for my taste. But that's exactly what it comes down to, is personal taste. I love how it feels and plays and the setup was great, but felt that some of the components needed upgrading. I will also someday upgrade the wraparound tailpiece mine has to something with adjustable saddles. I think the newer one with the stop tailpiece is a huge manufacturer upgrade.

I have the Wolf LP and the Wolf TC-1 Telecaster style guitar. Both are EXCELLENT! I have said it before, and I will say it again. For the money, there just is not a better professional line of guitars anywhere on the market. If anyone knows of anything better for the money, I am all eyes and ears. There are other good cost-effective guitars, but not AS good as the Wolfs for the dough. That's my story, and I am sticking to it.

I've had the Wolf LP and it's good. As for the PRS version, I just got a real PRS SE custom Laurel Burl 2019 like new for $350 on FB Market place. There are plenty of SE's out there in the $4-$500 range used in great condition. So in reality, the best value in one of these might be to get an SE used.

Got one of those earlier this year. It was the natural finish one. Had to pre order it and wait a couple months. I really do love this guitar. I play it more than the used PRS I got earlier this year. To be fair the PRS needs a bit of a set up. Any how the Wolf W400 sounds great with any half way decent amp. I play mine on a $40 practice amp I got at a pawn shop and still sounds great. The set up was perfect for my taste. Can’t recommend All In One guitar enough. Bought it because channel demo’d the A200 (the W400 predecessor)

I haven't had any notifications for a while, and I dig it bro! Have you tried your hand at diecast restoration or customization? It's a LOT of fun bro, and when I started doing it 25 years ago there were very few resources for replacement parts, or the right airbrush paint, and I had to create my own molds for a lot of the parts I couldn't get. Whole different ball game today, there's a lot of channels with restores and custom work, and all kinds of resources for parts and paint, including the Hot Wheels Red Line Spectraflame paint! There's a lot of really really cool work being done and I think you'd really dig it Max because you're into models. EBay is an endless source of victim cars from vintage Corgi and Red Line Hot Wheels to newer manufacturers people are using for custom work. A seasonal task is the station wagon from Christmas Vacation with the ridiculously huge Christmas tree on the roof! Check this out Max, this is one of the most prolific, best restorer/custom diecast KZbinr. He bought a 1/64 wagon as close to the Griswald's as he could find and customized it complete with tree!! Just got mine in the natural color; its gorgeous with the gold hardware and pickup covers. The build and setup is perfect. The pickups together or with the neck are very warm. The bridge has just the right amount of brightness and punch to bring out the lead riffs. Love it. Thanks

Saw this video and did research on AIO, I went to the website and they have "left handed guitars"!. Knowing the stimulus is coming, I did what every guitar player fears, I told my wife, mmmmm, well she said ok relief! I bought a B stock red burst with finish splash on the back for 399. They called me next day and offered me a Gator hard shell case for 50.00. An amazing deal, and they will set it up to my specs. This video did make me subscribe! It was because on the third video with a review of affordable equipment, I knew that I’m going to get good info if I sub. Thanks! I do have a cheap guitar I had to upgrade some hardware on. It was an Ibanez Artist GAX70 I bought used for $170. I swapped out the tuners for Schaller (sp?) locking tuners and swapped out the bridge pickup for a Seymour Duncan Screamin Demon. That was 25 years ago. I still play it the most out of all my guitars. One pro setup done 12 years ago by a good luthier for $85 also. This guitar looks great though. May have to pick one up.

I gotta say... that looks just like my Harley Benton, but without the trem. While my HB needed a truss rod and action adjustment to get it where I wanted it, for roughly $150 less with shipping, the difference was worth it for me. I still had an instrument I could have gigged with that night. Don't get me wrong, if you don't feel like spending PRS money, but want a great instrument that's just as playable out of the box, Wolf is the way to go. If you're on a ridiculously tight budget and/or have some knowledge of how to adjust your own guitars, the HB is for you.

Max, I'm a lefty and a proud owner of both a Wolf S1 and Wolf S2, they are unbelievable guitars and worth easily twice the asking price in quality and setup, Rock on AIO/Wolf. Now that they are offered to lefties, I am looking forward to adding the AIO Wolf W400 Electric Guitar *Left Handed in Red Burst, Blue Burst and Amber, possibly natural as well, yes at least 3 and possibly the 4th as well.

I've owned a lot of guitars, a few very expensive guitars, brand name and boutique guitars. My two AIO/Wolf guitars are every bit as good as any I've owned at one-third to one-quarter the price. The setups are on the AIO/Wolf guitars are top-notch. I'm keeping the two I own. No reason to get rid of them.

A PRS SE Standard 24 cost $499.00, basically the same style guitar (except the PRS comes with a tremolo). Be interesting to see a comparison and see if you get as much or more your money with the Wolf.

The PRS SE Standard 24 has a crappy plastic nut (even the more expensive SE models have it) and doesn´t come with a flame maple veneer. Other than that, same generic PAF pickups made somewhere in Asia and build quality is pretty much on par. If you want a dirt cheap PRS Clone, the Harley Benton CST models are also a great "bang for your buck" .They have lots of models with trem or hardtail even a semi-hollow body model and a large variety in finishes.They even make a version with P-90 pickups. The HB´s come with graphite nuts, Wilkinson trems and pickups made by Roswell, which are pretty decent. They also make a whole bunch of other models from classic Strat/Tele/Les Paul etc. copies to even more modern Superstrats and more pointy Metal axes. HB is the "in house brand" of Thomann one of the greatest online music gear retailers in the world and they ship worldwide. They´re like the german,music gear equivalent of Amazon. Have two AIO WOLF guitars and both are top notch. These guys perform the best setup you will ever get. It's included in price. I have the WLP 750 les paul and the TC1 Walnut tele. Remember the best guitar is limited by setup. AIO Wolf are the best

I bought a Harley Benton Amarok 6 emerald burst this year. A 5 piece thru-neck with ebony (macassar) fret board, locking Grover tuners, EMG retroactive Hot 70's pickups, quilted maple veneer, mahogany body, matching headstock, lumilay side dots, extra jumbo stainless steel frets, Hipshot bridge and Graphtech graphite nut. $493 US. This is the best guitar I have ever owned.

Great choice, Max! Visually stunning and intonation sounds perfect. My first experience with that body style was from the originating company, a pre '94 in amber burst and although it was a great guitar, I was too scared to touch it for risk of getting a scratch or ding ( at the time, I just blamed it on it just didn't feel right for me), so I sold it. A guitar shouldn't be so expensive that you're too scared to play it!

That guitar reminds me of my 2006 ESP LTD H-400, which from what I have learned is made in the same factory in S. Korea. The LTD came with a SD 59, JB pick up set and sounds incredible. The appear to be identical in materials and body styles. I think I paid about $600 brand new 14 years ago, so the price on the WOLF is a steal if it is anywhere near as easy playing as the LTD.

I own Harley Bentons and have not swapped anything out there great right out of the box but the fit and finish isn't always perfection. Thoman's cost to ship stuff to the USA has gone up dramatically so best bang for the buck kinda went out the window so I recently purchased a inexpensive Guitar from Musician's friend. ($255 bucks with a coupon) and I gotta say absolutely meets the criteria of BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK. The Gretsch Junior Jet 2210 in Gunmetal wow is it just beautiful and the pickups are amazing Tuners work just fine no need to change anything out ever!

OK so I emailed All In One Guitar and the mystery is finally solved. The AIO/Wolf Guitars are in fact made in Vietnam. They used to do business with KHL, a Korean company they were using as the "middle man", that claimed the guitars were being made in Korea but were not. They say for that and other reasons they are no longer doing business with them and are dealing directly the factories. They say they researched various factories and found some in Vietnam that really work to meet the standards of the design/quality control guys at All In One in LA. And of course they inspect and do a full thorough set up on all the guitars before sending them to customers. Finally, they tell me that all new models are coming out under the AIO brand, but those existing now that still carry the Wolf brand will continue to be branded as AIO/Wolf with the W logo on the headstock. Apparently they are not phasing out the Wolf brand anytime soon.

Great review, and awesome playing as well. As far as best bang for the buck, I am not so sure. A PRS SE 24 is only $499 and you get coil split and a trem. Admittedly not as pretty, but maybe a better sounding and playing guitar over all.

Hey bro! Happy New Year to you! Once again, awesome video, awesome playing!! I have a Greg Bennett Ultramatic 4 that looks almost exactly the same as in how the body was cut. Hardware wise, it has a Wilkinson tremolo on it. They are so similar.

Well, I usually hate that type of guitar playing (no disrespect to anyone, I realise it's just personal taste) but that was so good it won me over. Don't have AIO available in the UK, but if we did you could sell me one with that. Nicely done!
