Great review that you put out, I agree Morrflate is a great compressor. I picked one up last summer before my Utah/Colorado trip and used it plenty of times to air up when I was done with a trail and it didn't miss a beat. The one you have in the review came out 3 weeks after I purchased mine that wasn't the digital version or I would of went that route. Also the owner of Morrflate is very responsive and personally contacted me during my purchase from their website. Your 2nd place pick is absolutely the value to cost winner overall especially if you have a tighter budget.

Thank you so much. Yea I really like the digital Morrflate. Set it and walk away was really nice. I was almost expecting it to take a little longer just because of the electric interface not knowing how it would perform. I was surprised when it was the fastest compressor of the day. The All-Top was also super fast. Love those twins.

Exactly the video I needed! Thank you! Now All-Top has a digital version of the dual cylinder... 🤔 Now that I know real world times vs. my sadly finally broken trusty Super Flow MV-89 😭 (fixable if I can find new reed valves for the cylinder heads, but it's suffered MANY years of abuse lol) but the always great dual cylinder NAPA is on sale today for $119 which is tempting! Atleast you helped me narrow down the options on my list before I get in a bind using my assortment of worn out or low output back up/loaner compressors. I was planning on eventually buying the PUMA 12v 100% duty cycle 3/4hp or 1hp compressor, but don't want to spend $400 for something that was meant to be a permanent mount on a single truck with the superflow being my portable option... So back again to budget terminal clamp compressors this winter I guess 😂 I'm just glad my last well living superflow broke in the driveway! One cylinder would've kept me going I guess, but after taking the heads apart, the "good" valve snapped while removing it to search for compatible replacement parts! RIP SuperFlow... The gold medal budget standard for like 20 years, now gone... Although so many better designs and direct factory rebrands of what SF was just branding with their name have flooded the market it was really only a matter of time before they disappeared... I think the first release of the Smittybilt compressor really changed the old days of reccomendations that every new guy on a budget go buy a Superflow MV-50 or MV-90... Thanks again👍

I have the Morrflate and have been using it on my jeep CJ for a while now. I don’t care for the auto set. There are times you need the compressor on and to just run, like trying to reset a bead. Also I’ve found there are times it struggles to function properly at lower pressure settings (my street pressure is only 18psi). It’s fast when it works, but I’m setting up a more traditional air system in the jeep after dealing with this for a while now.
@AdventureBuilt
@AdventureBuilt 7 ай бұрын
Damn, you have reset a bead with a compressor, that is awesome. Just a question but why do you run 18psi on street pressure. I know it’s a soft ride but isn’t it really sloppy at high speed turns, plus you can roll off your tire. IMHO.
@jasonblaschka6216
@jasonblaschka6216 7 ай бұрын
@@AdventureBuiltI run 18psi on the street because with a 37” tire on a rig that only weighs 3000lbs loaded, if you ran more the tire would be overinflated and prone to hydroplaning and loss of traction at speed. Anyone running oversized tires generally should not be running the manufacturers recommend air pressure or the tire pressure on the side of the tire. If you run a very heavy overland rig, you may need more air pressure (up to the maximum rated). A very light rig may need significantly less. Tire manufacturers can help with this, but the simplest way I found is to overinflate the tire slightly (radial tires should have a slight bulge at the bottom when properly inflated) Then mark a chalk line across the entire tread face. Drive a little ways down a straight road. The chalk should be removed across the entire face of the tread indicating you making full contact with the road surface. If the chalk isn’t all the way removed, then lower a few PSI and repeat until it does. Ever vehicle owners manual used to include a bunch of photos on tire wear. This is what it’s based on. Proper tire PSI for the size tire and weight of your vehicle is critical to safe operation and if you change tire size from what the manufacturer recommended, then you can no longer use that tire pressure.

I wonder if the Duel Cylinder All-Top would have performed better than the Morrflate had you used the All-Top that also has the Auto Shutoff. Seems like time is added, having to manually check PSI as you're airing up. At $269 on Amazon, i am leaning that way. 10.6 CFM for the Morrflate vs 12.3 CFM All-Top Duel Cylinder with Auto Shutoff. Thank you for one of ths best side by side comparison videos i have watched. Tons of videos on Morrflate, but few with All-top. Yet All-Top has more reviews on Amazon.

The biggest limiting factor is the Schrader valve. They have a limit of around 2 cfm. That’s why the dual compressors really come into their own when inflating 4 tires at once. Would have been great to see the time of single All top without the tank. Like you said, it’s more for air tools than inflation. All top now has the electronic dual compressor with a pressure valve just like the morrflate for around $270.

@@airtazznunya5724 dual cylinders are definitely over kill for only doing one tire at a time and not what they’re made for. I’ve watched a ton of reviews on the single and dual cylinder compressors and never heard any one mention only doing one will shorten its life. I’m not saying it’s wrong just that I’ve never heard it, even from the brands themselves. The only way I could see is that it would make the pump work harder because there is more back pressure since the valve is restricting the amount of flow. It shouldn’t make a difference though considering air compressors are meant to work from 80-130+ psi filling tanks. Tires are under 40 psi.

@@seashackf1 check morrflate website. They state "Note About This Product:This compressor is not designed for 1 tire at a time. You can still air up a single flat if you need to, but the duty cycle dwindles to 8-10min doing 1 tire at a time. Airing up an entire vehicle, 1 tire at a time, will damage the TenSix. It just simply puts out too much air and is optimized for 4 tires at a time."

MORRFlate has made quite a few differences in theirs... purge valve to release pressure when youre done, stainless steel hose drops 100degrees off from the compressor to the fitting/coupler on the end, aluminum heat sinks and cylinders, tighter fit on the heat sink/cylinder fitment, and new material on the piston rings. All of this equates to a 3x longer duty cycle and essentially 3x longer life out of your compressor :)

Great review; that was a lot of work! At the end, your measurements of Tozalazz vs Moreflate had a near 3 min differential; that is A LOT. Based on other's reviews, your Tozalazz number seems really off. Even the AllTop's differential is also quite high at 1:20. All these compressors, especially the AllTop & MorrFlate are near identical w/ very minor differentials from the same OEM. As an engineer, I'm simply curious what variables might be in play to possibly explain the differentials. I do have to agree that there is a common theme in all the reviews that MorrFlate's way of doing business is head and shoulders above all the other similarly branded compressor vendors.
