The advanced settings in the AMD control panel only apply to directX 9 games, so you can skip them. (hover over the question marks at each option to get more info)

Yes this happened to me because I updated my graphics card and i had the old Drivers still installed on the pc and the only way i was able to remove the old drivers was with a Drivers uninstaller app. 100% fixed my issue. I thought tarkov was just "hard" before fixing it.

DO NOT install the link package It installs about 6 "free wares" that slows down your computer. Do not download it!

@@TechieSavi When you download the "EFT AMD FPS Optimization PACK [Server 1]". It installs 6x different programs, McAfee, Virusprogram, altruistics, scanners and adware. I had to uninstall everything, toke me 1hour and slowed down the computer. You should remove the install files

You may need to enable it in your bios first. Only available on radeon 6xxx series gpu and above.

I have Ryzen 9 5900x Thats a 12 core CPU with a 420mm AIO cooling it# Graphics card: MSI Gaming Trio RX 7900 XTX RAM: 2 x 32GB 3600MHz Motherboard: MSi B550 TOMAHAWK Storage: 2 x Gen4 M.2 Ssd ( 1TB and 500GB ) I can play everything else with Ultra graphics with 3840x2160p around easy 60-120 fps. (Cyberpunk2077, SCUM, Witcher 3, Helldivers2, Baldurs Gate 3 and so on...) With Tarkov its just TOTALY FUCKED UP! I get worse FPS with lower resolution or same as in 1080p , 1440p or 2160p. I tried this EFT AMD FPS Optimization PACK and it didn't change anything for me. Only thing it did, is that it made crashing my other games. I followed every step in the video TWICE ... still same. If anyone can help or know how to fix this issue, please for the love of EFT let me know :D Thanks!

The game EFT still is in the beta, so you can't expect too much for the performance but there are some optimized settings you can try to fix the performance issues for EFT.

If u upgraded from a nvidia to an AMD gpu u want to run ddu to get rid of the old nvidia drivers this will cause issue with tarkov and most games u play
