Do not get me wrong, if you are gaming you should have a switch on the headset itself, gaming headsets are pretty cheap now-a-days. Sorry it still baffles you, but it is really common that most people that are playing this game are new and don't have a headset with that capability. And those same people are the ones that are going to be DCed when switching tasks.
