Maybe some in depth guides for gearing. At the moment getting into World Tier 3 and soon Tier 4, the transitions into these are a little overwhelming with Sacred, Ancestrals and Ubers unlocking and what to aim for!

Nah, once you do alters of Lilith with one character you have them for all characters you make after that including new seasons. The strongholds are reset for every new character tho

If youre referring to the exp cap then yes. Mobs only give the exp of 10 mob levels above you maximum.
