Hum log humesha bcho ki dekh bhal me lge rehte hai aur bhul jate hai ki hum parents ki personal life bhi kuch hai. Is wjah se hum andar tk dhak jate hai aur bcho pe hi irritation niklne lgti hai. So every parent should spare some quality time for themselves. This will be good for kids as well.
