So many good albums in 1991! I agreed with all Richard’s picks! 😎

1991 was an interesting year. I missed the whole grand revelation of Nirvana and the grunge takeover of alternative music. I had Book of Love, Jesus Jones, Morrissey, Violent Femmes, OMD, Electronic, Siouxsie, Erasure, U2, and whatever else was still popular at the time.

Big Audio Dynamite also had a song about the James Brown incident. On their 1989 album.

Now cmon, Pumpkins - Mellon Collie... is one of the best albums of the 90s. Also Andy Prieboy was the replacement singer for Stan Ridgway in Wall of Voodoo. Check out the Wall of Voodoo album Seven Days in Sammystown, it's actually really good.
