Needs MagSafe case. Doesn’t matter the thickness. However I have noticed that my thicker cases retains heat more easily than a thinner case

I think that cryo is a gimmick. If the air temp is not lower than the ambient temperature how does it cool a battery with no vents for the air to circulate? It’s like blowing at the back of your phone while it’s charging. Use an infrared thermometer and see if that cryo actually lowers the temp. I’m very skeptical of that cryo boost tech or whatever it’s called.

I have the 3 in 1 and the 6 in 1 esr cryoboost charger and I can confirm that the temperature is significantly lower and my 13 pro feels cool to the touch when pulling it off both chargers. However…my wife’s 14 pro is another story. That damn thing always seems to run hot no matter what wireless charger she uses. Not sure if it’s just her 14 pro or if anyone else has the same problem but that’s my first hand experience

For my I have iPhone 13 mini and I use MagSafe near the ac vent of my car if I turn off the AC the phone overheat coz of the sun+wireless charging same time and using the gps etc.. so I think having air being blown on the phone it will cool it even if it’s the same as ambient (I use the ac just as a fan)

Can it do iPhone, Apple Watch, AirPod pro, iPad Pro, and MacBook Pro all at full speed? I feel the iPad and MacBook would need more power than what the android phones require

Well no, the math wouldn’t add up. It’s 100W charger, so it’ll evenly distribute the power. The more power hungry MacBook Pro would eat up a lot of that. But let’s say you did max power on the iPhone, AirPods, and Apple Watch, that’s gonna be like 25W total. Then the iPad is probably like 30W if I had to guess so that would leave 45W left to charge the MBP.
