Jvc and Arjan are the main areas I would like to live. Barsha is so near. Lovely restaurants nearby. Jumeira beach 20min away. Schools very near. Shopping mall. Arjan has Dubai hills mall so its very near and lovely. Looking for properties there. Hopefully I find 3 beds. They don't come easily in Arjan. Jvc has plenty

Honestly, I am not a big fan of Damac Hills 2, feels too separated from Dubai. So I havent looked at this project. Its a low income area, geographically its very far, meaning prices are cheap. But it will rent out to those who cant afford or don't want to pay prices more centrally. I personally wouldn't ever live there. I haven't really researched much more than that into DH2 as I havent really felt so passionate about it. But all of this is my opinion, not detailed research or facts, but good luck for the launch tmr if you are buying! 😀

Quite expensive for a studio from a developer like Danube, I’d expect a long term rental between 70-80k AED. By the time you’ve paid DLD and took away service charges from your rent, you might be looking at 5% roi

WHAT MAKES ME LAUGH IS THAT every Realtor says the same thing about the positions of the areas.. all communities are few minutes from Down Town and the Marina seaside (and one area has NOTHING to do with the other one😂😂😂😂😂😂😂) the fact is that in Dubai any area is :1) ",stuck" in concrete Jungles... 2) if you wanna go to any other community during the rush hour it'll take you least 30-40 minutes..... Never trust in Realtors when they speak about how much time it Will take you to go anywhere 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅🕑🕑🕑🕑🕑🕑🕑🕑🕑🕑
