This is probably my favorite part of the city. It is centrally located, diverse and has a low crime rate. Forest Park is a beautiful street and the homes are gorgeous.

Nice shots of the area! 46805 truly has some amazing homes & beautiful parks. A tip to those looking for a home in 46805 who are not familiar with FW from a non-realtor, East State Village is a very sketchy place at night. Crime is not uncommon in this area. If you'd like to purchase your home in 46805, stay away from East State Village or better yet buy further north out of the zip code entirely if you're open to it.

My parents live a couple of blocks from East State Village. You are definitely blowing crime out of proportion in that area.

Moved to the '05 about 6 years ago, love it here! We are only a couple blocks from the rose garden, so beautiful in the spring/summer months. And the biggest plus for me is no homeowners associations :)

Waynedale is a decent area but it's kind of out of the way. 46805 is centrally located and is a pretty culturally diverse area. This is coming from someone with an interracial family who looks into such considerations when looking at areas for my family to move into.

Waynedale is a neighborhood in the southwest part of Fort Wayne, Indiana. Like any neighborhood, the experience of living in Waynedale can vary based on individual preferences, lifestyle, and priorities

I moved out of The 05 in July of 2020 to spend time with my family out of state. And yes, my house sold in LESS THAN A DAY for a 33% profit after 4 years 🤑. I miss the area though. I used to run through that area all the time, and I too loved the Kensington area and frequently ran there. I'd leave my house near Lion's Park and go to the Rivergreenway. Maybe I'll get in touch with you soon about a house. Thanks for the video.

I grew up on Kensington Blvd. It was the best area to live. Parks everywhere in walking distance. If I ever move back to the Fort I would definitely look in the 46805!!

I grew up in the "05", left FW in 1975 and never returned. It looks the same now as it did back then.
