Quite informate contents, I must say. What a striking contrast from one place to the other! Have you heard of this ego-centric abbreviation D.T.L.V or in case someone who doesn’t know, Distance To Louis Vuitton? It’s used in Nishantashi. I heard it from a fellow American originally from east of Chicago in Cleveland, Ohio. Apparently, he acquired the bragging right recently and seemed quite proud of it. Whatever floats one’s boat! Since even Dubai didn’t impress me with its nauseating bling, bling -among all those neighborhoods on the European side of Istanbul, personally I liked Buyukcekmece away from the city surrounded by remaining unencumbered nature. After a productive work week in tech, that is the place I want to retreat, relax and re-energize! Well done and thank you, Alattin!
