Today in Cyberpunk 2077 I will show you how to get the best free legendary armor location in the game. You can build your character to craft the best armor in the game using the armadillo clothing mod, I will show you how to get the armadillo clothing mod in the video. This armor set is themed around the Nomad faction but you can get the armor with any life path choice. The legendary armor in Cyberpunk 2077 has between 1-4 clothing mod armor slots, if you reload before picking up the armor you can make sure you always get the maximum 4 armor slots for the t-shirt and jacket and 3 armor slots max for the face, hat, shoes and trousers. Playing as female V, the top you get is the “Reinforced Composite-Lined Rocker Foldtop” I like the foldtop design, but this outerwear comes with a pair of chromed leopard print leggings, which currently are glitched as they DO NOT line up with my V’s legs and appear slightly behind my V’s legs. Great tip about the slots on the Legendary gear. Will keep an eye out for something that looks better on a female V.

@@uwukid8770 it’s really just a matter of luck. Save your game prior to actually picking up the legendary gear and just reload it and try again if it’s not at max (4) slots. Though, I’m not totally sure, but I think a later update (since my original post) may have changed things.

All of the information in this video is outdated given the extensive changes to the abilities, the loot system, and clothing in the recent patches: 1. Most drops are no longer fixed. There is a much more randomized world loot system based on your Street Cred, and many of these items will not appear are no longer in the locations shown. 2. The max mod slots on all clothing mod has been reduced: the jacket (Outer Torso) and shirt (Inner Torso) clothing now have a max of two mod slots at Epic rarity and higher. Legs get a second mod slot at Legendary rarity. Head, Face, and Feet all have a max of one mod slot each. 3. The Technical Ability buff to armor has been reduced to 1% per rank (a max of 20% increase at rank 20). 4. The Armadillo clothing mod has been severely nerfed and no longer provides a fixed armor bonus based on rarity. It now provides a scaling armor bonus based on rarity of 1-to-1.5 times your character level. The most that a legendary Armadillo mod will provide now is 75 bonus armor per mod at character level 50--up to a max of 90 bonus Armor with 20 levels in Technical Ability.

I think the higher your level - the more likely it is that it will give a good roll. Lower levels have a low percentage to get a high level roll, so it can take longer but still possible.

Same. I spent over 3 hours getting the corpo set because I had to keep reloading to get the max number of slots AND hopefully get some legendary mods included. So at least 24 reloads per item. My results are jacket & shirt can have 4 slots, hat, pants, and shoes can have 3, and glasses 2. Anyone get any better numbers? BTW, I never got a legendary mod with the shoes.

You can find actual nomad boots in the basement of a gas station in the badlands at an intersection. They are also legendary.

@Albin Nilsson Terpuni - Elev Wämöskolan 9A It is towards the south of the wind turbine field. At an intersection that has three different roads that almost make a triangle. Its a small abandoned gas station that has a basement that looks like a storm shelter around back. You drive past it on your way to the camp during riders in the storm quest.

You do not need any crafting perks to craft the Armadillo mods; they scale with your level, not Tech skill or perks. The Ex Nihilo perk is helpful for getting a possible free item, but not necessary. Points in the Tech attribute also contribute to your armor rating, but again, are not necessary.

CDPR nerfed the number of mod slots on most clothes to just 2, so don't waste your time reloading saves because it won't work now, you'll only get one or 2 slots.

Thanks for the video but like your guide for the rifle with 4,000,000 points, it would have be good to start the guide with what levels you need to be at. Got the bandana but as I'm only level 14 crafting, you have to be level 18 for it to be legendary. Not a huge deal but as I said, would have been good to know before starting. A point to make, when I went to get the bandana, it coincided with a mission for Big Pete. I completed that but the door downstairs was locked. Googled and had to get the bandana before completing the mission otherwise (as I discovered) the door will be locked. Going back to your rifle guide now, as I'm finally the correct level for Reflexes (didn't know this until you stated around 3/4 through that video). Thanks for all the help.

@ESO in the north of pacifica above the travelpoint pacifica pier there is a gap in the fence of the highway from where you can climb on a balcony. on this balcony there is a dead punk band and on one of the corpses you can find the legendary rocker shirt. Just in case you didnt know

This took a while. Got the first one on the second load, for the shirt the way it was explained I understood it to be a max of 3 so I took that. On the last one I got 3 mod slots straight away and then before I knew it the NCPD shot me in the back and killed me. Another 25 minutes later I got it again but I didn't play it straight away after I loaded it so the police saw me and I got killed by the drone. Luckily 2 more reloads later got it and away successfully. Now onto the crafting

Bad News, I'm afraid, ESO. With the patch for game version 1.10, they introduced stability by freezing the status of all these Legendaries. Luckily, before the patch I had everything I could get during the Watson Lockdown. This means no inner torso, Aviator glasses or grey/silver pants. The pants have one mod slot and it has a 10% movement mod in it. The inner torso out in the desert next to the abandoned car has 3 mod slots - one is empty, one has a Legendary Fortuna in it and the other is a white evasion mod. In other words, they are static and useless. Pants with one Mod Slot are hardly Legendary are they. They are a shade above boring.

The Jacket Armor seems to be bugged on female models, the silver leggings are like halfway through so you see bare front legs and the leggings coming out half way through the legs, which is actually kinda cool on my model since I picked one of the body tats that go up the legs but since the Jacket seems to be overriding the pants I'm wearing I guess I'm stuck with it until the a patch fixes it.

Anyone ever farm quest rewards in borderlands 2? We used this method, if you wanted a "perfect" sandhawk smg, you would need a dahl stock and dahl grip, each being a 1 and 5 chance. You also needed elemental damage type, with non elemental being more common and 4 types of elemental damage. You would also want it with the damage amplification mod of course. Which was another fairly small chance. Thing is you would have to quit the game entirely if it was a mission reward. I just went for matching stock and damage type and even that took hours.

The chance to get a higher quality isn't based on that 20% it's based off your level, you can craft as many as you want but if you are a low level good luck crafting a mod better then uncommon, even at level 30 getting an epic mod requires crafting quite a few

To save time for you: ( You cannot get 4 slots legendary torsos anymore along with the other clothing. Shoes are locked to 1 and the rest I’ve seen are locked to 2, there is probably some clothing with more slots maybe I’m not sure. They’ve also nerfed the armadillo mod. It now increases armor rating by 69 (for me) instead of 100-300. ) to be honest CDPR has really given V and his builds the middle finger here but you can still make things work it’s just alot more inefficient.

Yeah, he titled it as being available early in the game, but half of it requires you to be almost 1/2 way to max level. Video was okay, but the title was misleading, and the video is useless as far as getting good armor early on. ESO, you should change the title, so that people don’t waste their time thinking you’re actually doing what the title says.

We need an "appearance store" or whatever clever name they give it, to prompt the change the hair and makeup at the very least. Then maybe "advanced" plastic surgery to readjust the face, as V once said to something an NPC, "looks can be deceiving, my face could be an implant"

Or possibly an expensive hacking upgrade you can add to your character build that allowed you to "steal" only one random car, just one to cut down on complicated save file attributes.

@@A2theC This seems unlikely. They deliberatly made different paintjobs for the same car models and added them as different vehicles for the player to obtain. Best example is calliburn, black one is free, gold and white (or something, dont remember) costs like 150k so adding paintjobs would basically mean changing the entire vehicle system or breaking the one we have now pretty bad

Make sure people understand not every piece of armor can have 4 mod slots, even if Legendary. Only outer/inner torso are capable of having 4 mod slots, everything else has 3 at Legendary. People will waste a lot of time re-loading, and eventually give up and feel cheated of their time and mod-slots. Legendary / Purple / Blue Chest 4 / 2 / 1 inner torso (shirts etc) 4 / 2 / 1 Helmets 3 / 2 / 1 face 3 / 2 / 1 pants 3 / 2 / 1 shoes 3 / 2 / 1

To make this a bit easier for anyone doing the spam loading to get the max socket versions of any world drop legendary, you can save right on top of the lootable item/container, so no need to run to the target area all the time.

One thing I've learned from the absolute abundance of these "find secrets" videos is that the CDPR devs really did put a lot of hard work into the base game. A lot of these secret areas and encounters are intricate and obviously hand crafted. They could have easily left it to some loot randomizer. It's sad that many won't experience this due to the poor console ports.

It is common knowledge now that the studio was being rushed and plagued with, ironically enough, corporate decisions that limited or cut things out entirely. But regarding the consumables, you know there's a perk you can spec into that increases consumable buffs, right? Liquid consumables you can break down for crafting components. Or you can just sell them to give you that extra $50 eddies you needed to finally buy that Legendary Cyberdeck. Point is, they are not completely useless atm. Again, it is clear they had ambitions that just weren't realized but contrary the most vocal critics this game isn't just a cash grab that they phoned in and tricked people to buy imo.

Great video, female characters don’t seem to get the vest, it was always the Reinforced Composite-Lined Rocker Foldtop. Unfortunately, for me at least, it has legs that override the equipped pants, yet don’t line up with the legs, causing them to glitch through the character legs.

If you go just south of where you found the Legendary Nomad T-Shirt (right around 6:08 in the video), there's another car (station wagon as I recall) laying by the side of the road, with a white item next to it, which is a quest marker that takes you just about 150M down the road to a site where something has fallen from orbit. Inside that is a legendary VISOR which has NO MINIMUM level requirement.

You can sell your armor in cyber punk at any store then buy it back for more cash, it resells you’r gear for the same stats at your level so you can upgrade your armor for a small fee

There is actually a dialogue with a store owner that says clothing is only designed by AI, so yea custom would be nice but it doesn't fit the narrative of 2077 fashion.

A few things.... -first armor is not based on tech, but your character level. if you come to this item at level 11, you get 60 armor. if you come to this item at level 50 you get around 200 armor. the armor gain from tech is actually bugged atm. you can invest points in tech and see 0 changes in armor value both equipped and newly crafted. Armadillo also seems to scale with level. I got 160 armor at 38, 215 armor at 42. -second, there is no "armor cap" for certain items when upgrading, you can technically upgrade them forever. you simply hit a scaling material "soft cap" I have a green pair of sunglasses with 700 armor but it cost about 9000 parts to upgrade each level. -third, some enemies have tech weapons which ignore armor completely. I have 4700 armor and take 1-2 damage from shots. however certain enemies shooting blue trails kill me in 2 shots on very hard. anything past 3000 armor makes very little impact. you can also craft 4 slot outer and inner torso slots if you have 18 in crafting. if you want to do some "number porn" cool increases armor by 50% when running at full stacks. 4 points in blade unlocks a skill that gives 30% bonus while moving. given how bad this game is at "applying multipliers" I imagine you could get to 10,000 armor finally thanks, great guide for finding fashion :)
