An incredibly intelligent breed, the Australian Cattle Dog (or in Finn's case - Red Heeler), is a highly trainable breed. This breed features a fierce loyalty to their handler and a natural wariness to strangers. Finn exhibited both of these behaviors to a t. When being dropped off, his mom asked him to show off a few commands that he knew and he happily obliged. Once we pared away mom and dad, he did not want to work and was unsure of his new surroundings. But, with lots of love and praise, he learned to trust his trainer and we solidified his obedience thanks to his breed's smarts and will to learn! Watch as Finn goes from doing nothing for us to behaving beautifully off leash!

My blue Heeler ships off to boot camp soon aka 15 day board and train . He knows all the basics as well and he is 8 months old , this video gives me hope that he will be behaved enough to come to work with me on the farm after his training 🙏🏻🙌🏻

Australian cattle dog is a work tool not cuddly pet the dog is to smart to tough and requires a boss the same As a work asset can't be beat but needs a job all the time
