@@seanaslam last August I started doing intermittent fasting which I stopped doing it on march, I lost over 24 pounds and looking lean but I also lost muscle cause I went Extreme for the first few months lol so now I am quite skinny and need to build the muscle that i lost In terms of the diet , I just cut sugar snacks and made things low carbs, low fat and low sugar , dieting sucks that's the annoying part haha

If your content is original then yes. Usually KZbin demonetizes if content is copy paste from a website and is too repetitive.
