Misleading title - this is not the best backpacking candy, just which one freeze-dries the best. Given the very marginal weight change and what happened to the chocolate ones, I wouldn’t bother freeze drying candy. So what’s the point?

I didn't see any Tootsie Pop suckers in the taste test. Probably too heavy of a candy to pack in, that's my guess. Or those two bags never lasted long enough to make it to the taste testing.

Does the amount of Energy really justify the weight saving of 1 Gramm? I think its easier to just leave 1gramm of candy behind, really unessecery video in my opinion and a waste of Energy.
