Do you report lost/abandoned pots to Fisheries so they can be removed?

@@Ron-dx9wq Hi mate I have at times. They do get some of them, it probably not a easy job finding them. I see these a different stages of the tide. Next time I am talking to the DPI guys I will bring it up again. Thank you for your comment it's very important to get these ghost pots out of our waterways. Cheers Greg 😊.

How many pots can a professional crabber have in use

@@petermarks5629 Hi mate it depends on what licence you have. Normally 50 but it you have a double licence like I have you can run 100 crabpots. That is for mudcrabs in Queensland not sure about sand crab licence. Cheers Greg 😊.

@@donhinds7470 Hi mate, I agree both those bait will catch crabs. I never use them, if you have to keep them alive for any amount of time, the crabs start to vomit and the next thing they die. It not worth it for me. Cheers Greg 😊.

A pro crabbers is allowed 50 pots per licence

@@andrewagius3114 Hi mate, you can have a double licence like I have and run a 100 crabpots. I only run between 60 to 70 now I can get around them 5 to 6 hours. Cheers Greg 😊.
