Best BBQ Tikka Boti Recipe Step By Step 😍 By Chef Hafsa

We all love BBQ's after Eid right? this is the Only Recipe you need to Make Perfect BBQ Tikka Boti 😍
you'll need following ingredients to make it
Beef 1kg
2tbsp raw papaya paste
1/2cup yogurt
2tbps coriander powder
1tbsp cumin powder
1tsp crushed red chilli
1/2tsp red chilli powder
1tbsp kashmiri red chilli
1/2tsp turmeric
1tbsp chopped green chilli
2tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 lemon
1tsp salt
3tbsp oil(i forgot to add in the recipe)
1/2 cup tamarind
1 cup fresh coriander
1/4cup mint leaves
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
1tomato
tamarind pulp
1/2tsp cumin powder
1/4tsp black salt
1/4tsp pink salt
oil for brushing

Good to see she is not using packet masala like National or Shan because they contain a lot of sodium . Cut your beef against the grain . The grain of the steak is referring to the direction the muscle fibers run within the piece of meat. Cutting against the grain means to cut through the fibers and make them shorter. This makes the meat more tender and easier to chew. It makes a big difference to the final cooked product
